The approved direction is translated into a precise, stable formula. Materials are selected for performance, longevity, skin behavior, and regulatory compliance.

What works at bench scale needs to work at production scale. We manage the translation — adjusting for batch consistency, stability, and material sourcing at volume.

Manufacturing
